Will agreement in Libya hold this time? | AJ Inside Story

It's been praised as historic, but received by many with caution. Libya's warring sides have agreed to what the United Nations is calling a permanent ceasefire. The deal was signed after nearly a decade of conflict - triggered by the downfall of longtime leader Muammar Gaddafi.
